After listening to Sally speak at an event in St Anne’s, I was really interested in the work she does and admired her knowledge about the gut and its connection to so many other things.

Sally has given me a great understanding of how to listen to my body. I now know so much more about how things work, what to look out for, and the process of eliminating and reintroducing different foods and supplements.

I love the information she sends after our 1:1 sessions. Sally really listens to what I am saying and picks up on where she thinks things need to change. All of the handouts and links to foods have been brilliant, giving me really good go-to foods and ideas.

“Sally has completely changed the way I look at my health. I’m not great with change as I like my routine so I was quite nervous about the thought of having to incorporate new strategies but was also aware that I needed to have an open mind if I wanted to find a solution to my issues’

'I was having trouble sleeping, getting up at least twice every night for the loo and was also struggling with low level stress and anxiety. Sally is so warm and welcoming and puts you at ease straight away. I had already sent her my typical food diary ahead of my appointment but we discussed this in much more depth as well as family health history, exercise and lots of other lifestyle elements that could be contributing factors.

It’s amazing that some of her questions actually drew out other problems that I didn’t even realise were problems (as I assumed it was normal), like leg cramps when I stretch in the morning.

Sally provided me with a whole list of recommendations based on her analysis of my specific  requirements including; nutrient rich foods to incorporate into my diet, herbal teas, exercise, herbal supplements, relaxation & breathing techniques. It took me a couple of weeks for me to really get into it and take on board the changes but the effects were quite dramatic. I was losing weight without really trying, I am now sleeping through the night without getting up and my stress levels have reduced considerably. I haven't had to change too many things in my diet just some switches here and there, plus more specific veggies for reducing stress and promoting sleep and less refined carbs. 

Sometimes you know you need to change, but you need someone with the knowledge and expertise to push you in the right direction. Sally has so much passion for health and helping people achieve their best, but it’s really up to you to put the work in and follow her recommendations. For me they were incredibly accurate and have made lasting changes to my lifestyle'

“I still had symptoms of inflammation and intolerance to some foods and was now negotiating surgical menopause. I wanted to reduce my symptoms, improve energy levels, and support my body’s needs as much as possible.

We had a consultation to discuss my symptoms, medical history, and current diet, and then Sally came up with a plan on what to do.

Within a couple of weeks, the difference was amazing. The bloating reduced, my tummy was so much more comfortable, and the inflammation and stiffness in my hands was easing. My dry eyes were less dry, and my energy levels were definitely increasing.
